Understanding Recorder lights and fixing common issues
Status Light Meanings
- Green: Good recording.
- Yellow: Data quality issue.
- Fix: Add cream to the heart sensors, re-adjust the Shirt, tighten the straps, and remove bra or other clothing from under the shirt.
- Orange: Recorder error.
- Fix: Hold button for 20s to reset.
- Open the Hexoskin App and complete the pairing process. The Recorder should be marked as Connected before connecting it to the shirt.
- Blue: Bluetooth Pairing mode.
Common Issues
- Recorder won't turn on: Charge for at least 15 mins (if the battery is fully discharged, it may take 5 minutes for the LEDs to turn on).
- App won't connect: Toggle phone Bluetooth off/on.
