Pairing to a New Phone

How to connect your Recorder if you get a new phone or lose connection.

  1. App: Download the Hexoskin App on the new phone.
  2. Login: Use your credentials (username/password from Startup Guide or as provided by study staff).
  3. Pairing Mode: Hold the Recorder button for 5 seconds until the status light turns Blue.
  4. Connect: In the app, select "Pair a new device" and choose the Serial Number (e.g., HMS-XXXXXXXX as written on the label on the back of the Recorder).
