1. Apply Cream
- Unzip the shirt and lay it flat on a surface.
- Apply a pea-sized amount of conductive cream to the 4 bronze patches inside the shirt.
Note: Do not rub it in; leave the dollop on the patch.
2. Put On & Zip
- Remove upper body clothing (including bras).
- Put on the shirt and zip it up.
- Women: If you need support, wear your bra over the Hexoskin shirt. Never underneath.
3. Adjust
- Tighten the two elastic belts (chest and belly button) until snug.
- The sensors must press firmly against your skin, but the shirt should not restrict your breathing nor your movements.
